Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would've given a 5 star review however communication was below standard. Purchased roller blinds for the back of the garage and the initial consult was great, provided good knowledge, timeline and price.
Our issue started at installation, the blind did not go all the way to the floor as expected and the gap was too big. Then one time it was rolled up and then got stuck. I called and advised this and they said someone will come out on the weekend to look. I arranged to stay home so this can be fixed however no one showed up.
I had to call back and only then they apologised and then got someone to come out and see it. Then again somoene else needed to come back and fix the issue. They did resolve it but having someone not show up when they were supposed to is not great customer service, particularly on a weekend.
However, when they came back out to fix the issue, they did a great job and fixed all the concerns so that's why it is given as a 4 star review.
